Best Pork Chop Temp Easy guide
Remember us? It’s been a long time. We’re having a really busy life at the moment and we don’t have much free time to update the blog. We still have time to share Pork Chop Temp with you.
Although we’re so busy on working and doing our own stuff, we’ll try to squeeze some time to update our blog like squeezing from a sponge.
Here’s a tip and recipe on how to get the best pork loin texture using the sous vide machine. It’s easy as 1,2,3 when you know the best pork chop temp. If you don’t have a sous vide machine, we highly suggest you buy one because you can cook anything like a professional chef with it.
Pork Chop Temp Ingredients
Thick pork loin x1
Black pepper: a pinch
Thyme
Himalaya Salt: a pinch
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
First of all, we have to defrost the pork loin from the freezer and dry it with the paper towel.
Then, we marinate our pork loin by gathering the black pepper, thyme, salt, olive oil and rub on the surface of the pork loin. After that, we put them in the Ziplock bag and set aside.
Thirdly, we have to pre-heat our sous vide machine to 61 degree C by preparing a water bath with our sous vide machine in it and put our bad boy loin into the water bath for 2 hours.
After the sous vide process, we pan sear our pork loin to caramelize the surface so we reach a golden brown color.
Lastly, we have to set aside for 5 minutes to let it rest so the pork loin won’t lose the juice inside and the flavor it has. That’s all, we hope you enjoy our blog and stay with us in the future.
