The Best Pancake Recipe Ingredients:
Egg yolks: 2 pcs
Cake flour: 30g
Vegetable oil: 10g

Egg white: 2 pcs
Firstly, we mix the yolk with sugar and mix well so we will have a silky texture with our cake base.
Then, we pour in our milk, oil and vanilla extract into the egg yolk mixture, mix well and mix the cake flour with a whisk until it’s smooth.
On the other hand, we have to prepare our meringue with egg white and sugar.
