Stuffed Portobello mushrooms with mashed potatoes

Hi guys, today we’re going to share how to make Stuffed Portobello mushrooms with mashed potatoes at home.

Portobello mushrooms

Moreover, stuffed portobello mushrooms are easy to make, we will say it is a party food or it can be a simple homey dish. Also, you can have your own combination for the stuffing. For example, you can use button mushrooms to replace portobello, you can stuffed with herbs, grated cheese or ham, the variations are endless. Here is the following recipe and instructions below:

Recipe:

Ingredients: (Yields: 2-3 servings)
5pcs  Portobello mushrooms
100g Mashed potatoes (stuffing, optional)
1tsp  Olive oil
20g   Grated cheese/ Parmesan cheese powder
Seasoning:
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Black pepper
A pinch of Parsley flakes

OK let’s start cooking!

Instructions:

1. First of all, prepare you own stuffing, we have used creamy mashed potatoes with minced chicken and onion.

2. Moreover, remove the stems from the mushrooms and scrubbed clean it carefully by wet kitchen paper.

3. Preheat your oven to 200°C/ 395°F. Then prepare a oven tray with aluminium foil covered , smearing with oil by the brush then set aside.

4. Afterwards, we can start stuffing now.  Seasoning mushrooms with salt first. Then take the suitable amount for stuffing, DO NOT  stuffed too much because once you bake it, the mushrooms will overload like landsliding.20180415_172703.jpg

5. Therefore,  grate some cheese or sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder on top to boost the flavor, garnish by parsley flakes too.

So pretty right?

6. Finally, bake for about 15 minutes at 200°C/ 395°F or until golden brown color.
**Allow to chill and rest the mushrooms for 5 minutes before serving.** This action can keep the moisture content by the mushrooms and make it juicy.

Creamy mashed potatoes with minced chicken and onion

Hi guys, today we’re going to share how to make mashed potatoes at home. For the basic mashed potatoes, normally we just need potatoes, butter, salt and pepper to make it. Therefore, we will demonstrate how to make Creamy mashed potatoes with minced chicken and onion. You can add any ingredients by your own selection such as minced beef or cream cheese.

  Here is the following recipe and instructions below:

Recipe:

Ingredients: (Yields: 2 servings)
150g Potatoes
80g   Skinless chicken breast (optional)
40g   Onion (optional)
30g   Butter
1tsp  Olive oil
Seasoning:
a pinch of Salt
a pinch of Black pepper
a pinch of Oregano

OK let’s start cooking!

Instructions:

1. First of all, peel and cut the potatoes in brunoise(small cubes), that will shortening the cooking time if you cut smaller size.  Then soak in water to remove the starch.

2. Moreover,  peel and finely chop the onion in brunoise(small cubes). For the skinless chicken breast, trim and mince it to ideal size.20180415_144045.jpg Trimming

Preparation

3. Afterwards, preheat your saucepan with medium heat, add olive oil and onion, keep stirring for about 5 minutes until the onion become transparent. Then, add in minced chicken, seasoning with salt, pepper and Oregano. Remove the heat when the mixture have thoroughly cooked. Set aside.

4. Therefore,  prepare a large pot and filling up with cold water. Add in salt, bring it to boil. Once the water is boiling, add in potatoes and cook partially covered with lid until they can easily pierced with a knife or skewer. This part takes about 12-15 minutes depending on the size and shape of potatoes)

5.Next, drain well all the water and transfer to another bowl, add in butter(soften), then mash it. After that, mix with minced chicken breast and onion. You can adjust the taste with salt and pepper again when necessary.

Hi guys, today we’re going to share how to make vegan pasta recipes at home.

Normally this vegan pasta recipes is very simple but it’s really delicious! Basically you just need a quality of olive oil, garlic, chilli and spaghetti to make it. Moreover, we have tried to add some seafood, the results was awesome.

Here is the following recipe and instructions below:

Ingredients: (Yields: 1 serving)
65g Spaghetti
5 cloves Garlic
1pc Chili

50g Oyster (optional)
50g Shrimp (optional)
Seasoning:
3g Parsley flakes
15ml Olive oil
a pinch of Salt
a pinch of Black pepper

OK let’s start cooking!

1. First of all, you need to boil some spaghetti at the beginning. We have taught 8 tips to cook pasta perfectly before, you can see the post HERE: (please click)

2. Next, peel and finely chop the garlic. For the chili, just remove the seeds and finely chop.

3. After that, this part is optional because we would like to add seafood. Wash the oysters and shrimps, then seasoning with salt, pepper and parsley flakes.

4. Moreover, preheat your saucepan to medium heat, then turn to low heat, add in olive oil, garlic and chili, keep stirring for about 5 minutes. Be carefully do not let your garlic get burnt. The garlic should be golden brown color and you can smell the garlic flavor.

5. Furthermore, turn to medium heat, add oysters and shrimps. Keep frying until 80% cooked. Then seasoning with salt, pepper and parsley flakes.

6. Afterwards, add the spaghetti and mix well. Remember one point, we have reduced time of boiling pasta so we can cook for the remaining time in here. DO NOT over cook. The best texture of pasta should be “AL Dente”, in English it translate as “to the tooth”, it means pasta is soft enough to eat but still have a bit of bite and firmness.

7. Seasoning again to adjust the taste. Lastly, remove them from the saucepan and plating. Garnish it by herbs.
