Marinated Sashimi Rice Bowl recipe
Welcome back, we’re newcookking and what’re we gonna share with you today? It’s a yummy yummy tasty Marinated Sashimi Rice Bowl. It’s pretty easy to make,all you need are rice and fresh sashimi!
Let’s get started! Go! Go!
Rice (short grain)
Salmon sashimi: 4 slices
Tuna sashimi: 4 slices
Scallop sashimi: 4 slices
Seasonings: (to judge)
Japanese soy sauce
Firstly, we marinate our assorted sashimi with the japanese soy sauce, dashi stock, mirin and wasabi for about 2 hours because we want the flavor of the seasonings infuse into our sashimi.
Reminder: If you would like to have a stronger seasoned flavor in your sashimi,you can leave the sashimi marinated overnight.
Secondly, we cook our short grain rice and let it cools down to a warm state.
Lastly, we place all of the sashimi on top of our cooked rice and Da Da!! Finished.
