Hello guys, do you like blueberry? We love them very much especially for making healthy blueberry jam.
Today, we’re gonna share a healthy recipe with you. You will learn how to make it with only three ingredients. You might think that blueberry jam is quite sweet but we tried to reduce the sugar content, you’ll end up with a healthy, fresh and rich blueberry jam.
We have tried some blueberry jam recipe before, it may have different cooking method and combination. For example, you can add more ingredients to boost the flavor such as lemon zest, lime juice and spice.
Homemade blueberry jam can uses for making desserts or you can simply spread on a toast in breakfast. For the storage, it can keep in fridge for 3 to 4 days.

Healthy blueberry jam recipe
Sugar 120g (optional)
Gelatin sheet 5g
Firstly, we gather all of the ingredients and set aside.
Then, we sprinkle the sugar into the blueberries. Let them infuse for about 30 minutes.

Afterwards, we pour the blueberries into a medium pot. We use medium heat for making blueberry jam.
After all, we keep stirring with spatula during the process to prevent burn from the bottom.
We wanted to keep the texture of blueberry jam so we reduced the cooking time. Next, we remove the heat and add in gelatin sheet, mix well.
Finally, we pour the blueberry jam into a box and cover with lid to chill.
