Hello guys, we’re Newcookking  and introducing a new carbonara recipe recipe for your lunch, it’s called scallops cheesy pasta.

Today, we’re gonna make a special pasta that use a lot of cheese and eggs. It’s creamy and cheesy. If you’re a cheese lover, you shouldn’t miss it.

As you may know, pasta is from Italy and everyone likes al dente pasta in Italy. In fact, some people might think that the pasta is too hard and hurts their stomach.

If you want to have a softer version of your pasta, you have to add a few more minutes in our carbonara recipe while cooking the pasta.

We made this pasta because we don’t have any ingredients and we’re hungry. We get anything we had at home and cook this special pasta of the day.

Egg yolks: 3 pcs

Egg white: 3 pcs

Scallop: 2 pcs

Cheddar cheese: 2 slices

Firstly, we boil the water and cook the pasta. We cook the pasta for about 6 minutes because we want to have al dente pasta.

Secondly, we season the egg yolks with salt and pepper.

Thirdly, we whip the egg white to stiff peak. After that, cook the egg white on low heat for 3 minutes.

Then, cover with a lid and bake for 3 minutes and set aside.

Meanwhile, check the pasta and drain them into the yolks and mix well.

After all, drizzle oil in the sauce pan and use medium heat to cook the scallops until golden brown.

Meanwhile, we return the pasta to the sauce pan, cook until creamy and mix with cheese.

Lastly, plate the pasta and top it with our souffle egg white and scallops.

We love spaghetti and seafood.  The main ingredients for making spaghetti alle vongole are fresh calms, spaghetti, white wine, onion, garlic, chili and herbs. It’s easy to make and taste brilliant.

On the other hand, we only use the fresh calms for cooking spaghetti alle vongole. It is because fresh calms has their own taste and juices, the aroma is awesome. Also it can boost the flavor too.

Spaghetti alle vongole recipe (yield: 1 serving)


Spaghetti  100g

Fresh calms

Onion 30g

Garlic 2 cloves

Chili 1 pc

Parsley  a pinch of

Ingredients: (Seasoning)

Sea salt  a pinch of

Black pepper a pinch of

Olive oil

Butter 5g

White wine 20ml


Firstly, we boil the spaghetti at the beginning. We have share  8 tips to cook pasta perfectly.

Then, we gather all of the ingredients.

Moreover, we preheat the saucepan with medium heat. We add in olive oil, garlic, onion, chili and calms, keep stirring.

Furthermore, we add in butter and white wine, cook until evaporated. Then we add spaghetti and stir well.

After that, we seasoning the spaghetti alle vongole with salt, black pepper and herbs. Finally, it’s ready for serving!

Smoked salmon spaghetti with 7 ingredients

Hi guys, today we’re going to share how to make Smoked salmon spaghetti at home.20180417_121321.jpg

This pasta is very simple but it’s really awesome! Basically you just need 7 ingredients to make it. Of course, the main ingredients are spaghetti and smoked salmon, we have added in lemon, chili, garlic, green onion and unsalted butter so this pasta can let you taste a little bit sour and spicy in your mouth. Magic!

Simple tomato spaghetti :
Spaghetti Aglio E Olio with 4 basic ingredients :

Here is the following recipe and instructions below:


Ingredients: (Yields: 2 servings)
150g Spaghetti
180g Smoked salmon
25g Green onion
40g Lemon juice
1 tbsp Lemon zest
4 cloves Garlic
1pc Chili
1 1/2tsp Olive oil
20g Unsalted butter
20g Grated cheese (optional)
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Black pepper
A pinch of Thyme/ Dill

OK let’s start cooking!


1. First of all, you need to boil some spaghetti at the beginning. We have taught 8 tips to cook pasta perfectly before, you can see 8 tips to cook pasta perfectly.


2. Next, wash and peel the lemon, we just need the zest with yellow color part, squeeze the juice out and keep it. If you peel too deep, the lemon zest will taste very bitter. After that peel and finely chopped the garlic and green onion. For the chili, just deseeded and finely chopped. Then, finely sliced the smoked salmon to ideal size.20180417_111006.jpg


3. Moreover, preheat your saucepan to medium heat, add in olive oil, garlic and chili, keep stirring for about 3 minutes. Be carefully do not let your garlic get burnt.20180417_111344.jpg

4. Furthermore, add spaghetti, green onion, lemon juice, lemon zest and smoked salmon. Stir well.20180417_111503.jpg


6. Afterwards, seasoning with salt, pepper and Thyme. Remember one point, we have reduced time of boiling pasta so we can cook longer time in this part. DO NOT overcooked. The best texture of pasta should be “AL Dente”, in English it translate as “to the tooth”, it means pasta is soft enough to eat but still have a bit of bite and firmness.20180417_111645.jpg


7. When the smoked salmon changed the color, add in unsalted butter, stir until combined. Lastly, adjust the taste again, then remove them from the saucepan and plating. Garnish it by herbs or you can grate some cheese on top. Enjoy!
