Hello guys, we’re Newcookking  and introducing a new carbonara recipe recipe for your lunch, it’s called scallops cheesy pasta.

Today, we’re gonna make a special pasta that use a lot of cheese and eggs. It’s creamy and cheesy. If you’re a cheese lover, you shouldn’t miss it.

As you may know, pasta is from Italy and everyone likes al dente pasta in Italy. In fact, some people might think that the pasta is too hard and hurts their stomach.

If you want to have a softer version of your pasta, you have to add a few more minutes in our carbonara recipe while cooking the pasta.

We made this pasta because we don’t have any ingredients and we’re hungry. We get anything we had at home and cook this special pasta of the day.

Pasta

Egg yolks: 3 pcs

Egg white: 3 pcs

Scallop: 2 pcs

Cheddar cheese: 2 slices

Firstly, we boil the water and cook the pasta. We cook the pasta for about 6 minutes because we want to have al dente pasta.

Secondly, we season the egg yolks with salt and pepper.

Thirdly, we whip the egg white to stiff peak. After that, cook the egg white on low heat for 3 minutes.

Then, cover with a lid and bake for 3 minutes and set aside.

Meanwhile, check the pasta and drain them into the yolks and mix well.

After all, drizzle oil in the sauce pan and use medium heat to cook the scallops until golden brown.

Meanwhile, we return the pasta to the sauce pan, cook until creamy and mix with cheese.

Lastly, plate the pasta and top it with our souffle egg white and scallops.

This recipe is easy to do and everyone has an oven could do it, we call this our foolproof recipe. if you feel like having a quick snack, this recipe is great.

water: 250g

milk: 250g

butter 225g

salt: 10g

sugar: 10g

cake flour: 275g

eggs: 400g

mozzarella cheese: 125g

Firstly, we boil the butter, salt, sugar, milk and water in the saucepan. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 160 degree C.

After boiling, we’re gonna pour the cake flour and stir until we form a dough.

Then, we switch the stove to medium heat and keep cooking the dough until it burnt a little bit on the pan.

Next, we transfer the dough to a bowl and whisk them with the mozzarella cheese.

After all, whisk in the eggs one by one and reach a paste like texture.

Then, you can pipe any shape you like and top them with cheese and bake them right ahead.

Please keep in mind different sizes vary the products, if you’re piping a small one, it might take about 15 to 20 minutes to bake. If you’re piping a big one, it might take another 10 minutes to bake well.

Hey guys, how’re you.  Remember we shared a marshmallow recipe with you before?We’re gonna use that to make today’s recipe. A Easy Dessert Recipes.

Nougat is a candy that made with meringue, sugar and nuts. Marshmallow is a product made with meringue and we’re gonna use it in our Easy Dessert Recipes.

Please notice that our marshmallow is fluffy and soft. The making and storing method might be different compared with other recipe.

In our recipe, we store the candy in the freezer so we have a hard and chewy nougat.

The Ingredients are different too, we use peanuts and pumpkin seed instead of almonds and berries.

There’s a main reason why we use those two ingredients because we don’t want to waste our products.

We shared marshmallow and candied Pumpkin seed recipe before, we use the leftover to make a new recipe.

Of course, we tested out if that’s suitable before we share this Easy Dessert Recipes with you. We don’t want to ruin your cooking experience.

homemade marshmallow : 100g

Butter: 20g

cream: 3g

 candied pumpkin seed: 50g

peanuts: 50g

chocolate powder: 10g

First of all, we warm up the nuts and seeds.

Then, we melt the butter in the saucepan and wait for the nuts and seeds become warm.

After that, we’re gonna melt the marshmallow and add the cream into the saucepan.

After the marshmallow melts, we mix in the peanuts and seed. Transfer the mixture on the baking paper to cool down.

Lastly, we put the nougat in the freezer and freeze for 30 mins. Cut the nougat in small pieces.
